John (Johnnie) Tyler Barnes has a strong passion for visual storytelling. As an editor and writer, he combines his expertise to craft compelling narratives that captivate and engage audiences. Johnnie’s journey in the world of cinema began at N.O.V.A with various academic pursuits, earning a General Studies Degree and an Associate of Fine Arts in Cinema. followed by a bachelor’s degree in Film and Video Studies from George Mason University. Outside of school, he has continued to hone his craft via work in advertising. He has done work for various companies around Northern Virginia, including Prince William Living, Brides and Weddings, and Imagine Destination Marketing. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Johnnie brings a unique perspective to every project he undertakes, ensuring that his work resonates with viewers and leaves a lasting impact.
